Three bedroom, one and three quarter bath spacious level sandy beach waterfront home located on Holmes Harbor. This single story roomy ranch home sits on almost an acre of land, so there is plenty of room for outdoor sports like volleyball, badminton, croquet or Bocce ball. You can also enjoy roasting marshmallows over the outdoor fire pit. This is a perfect place to sit with your feet in the sand and enjoy your view of Mt. Baker while watching the resident Blue Herons. There are eagles nesting in the surrounding evergreens, fishing in the harbor and seals drifting by. Holmes Harbor is perfect for canoes or kayaks that can be launched right from your beach. Indoors there is a large living area with a 6 foot diameter circular glass table perfect for dinners, games, crafting or large puzzles; all near a large sitting area with a wood stove.** This home has a VCR, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. $1,000 a week or $200 a night.
