The Chalet is nestled in the mountains of Western Maine, just up from the base lodge of Mt. Abram Family Resort in Greenwood, Maine and only minutes to Sunday River Ski Area in nearby Bethel, Maine (5 miles from the Chalet).

The Chalet offers two bedrooms, one is an open air loft with a queen bed and a queen size futon, the second bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 on the main level.

Winter, spring, summer or fall, all offer the best of the great Maine outdoors. We are minutes from 5 great lakes, kayaking on the Androscoggin River or several other local streams, hiking, whitewater rafting, mountain biking at Sunday River Ski Area, or just relaxing on the water. The Bethel Region offers great walking and running trails and plenty of shopping and dining options. RELAX and ENJOY "The way life should be - MAINE!"

Day trips can include outlet shopping in Freeport, Maine or tax-free Conway, New Hampshire (1 hour drive). Exploring the White Mountains of New Hampshire (1 hour drive), Santa's Village / 6 Gun City parks in Conway, NH (1 hour drive), or taking the cog railroad to the top of Mt. Washington (New England's largest peak!)

Just pack your clothes and skis (or clubs) and make yourself at home!! Relax in the rich Italian leather furniture while you sit with your feet up (hot cocoa in hand) as you watch the snow fall. You can pop in your favorite DVD or VHS, have a family game night or surf the net on our high speed wireless connection. Our open concept kitchen/dining room layout invites group conversation with ample room for entertaining friends and family. Our full equipped kitchen includes a ceramic flat-top stove, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker and blender. There is even a washer and dryer in the full basement for your convenience and room to store your skis.

The Chalet provides everything you need!! Just bring your skis, snowboards, snowshoes, golf clubs, swimsuits, mountain bikes, hiking boots, kayaks, well, you get the picture!

Whether you are visiting winter, spring, summer, or fall there are endless activities, year round, in the Bethel/Western Maine region for every age and ability.

There is so much to do...or you may do nothing at all...but relax and unwind and PAMPER YOURSELF!

Local ATV, Mountain Bike, Canoe, Kayak, and Ski Rentals are all available within a short distance to the Chalet.
