Description of the Greers Ferry vacation home rental

Quaint and clean with front porch swing, this 2 bedroom 2 bath cozy home is on the Little Red River nearest Heber Springs Arkansas.

Your private dock is a staircase away. The view from the sun room is of a gentle bend in the river and nothing but nature as far as you can see. No developments across the river. A truly well kept secret place to stay when you visit the Heber Springs/Little Red River/Greers Ferry Lake Area.

The home is completely furnished and tastefully decorated.
The home sleeps 4 with privacy in queen beds/6 with air bed.

A studio apartment is available for larger groups upon request and small additional fee. It also has a full kitchen, bath and queen bed.

The property is well maintained and landscaped. There is a charcoal grill, fire pit, out door dining furniture and a wonderful covered outdoor area to enjoy your vacation in all kinds of weather!

We are happy to make arrangements for fishing guides, day trips, grocery stocking and requests for special occasions.

Heber Springs is hidden away in the foothills of the Ozarks.

This small town of 7,500 is jam packed with things to see and do if you love nature, fishing, boating, hiking and being away from it all and doing nothing at all!

There is golfing, and antique stores and interesting things to see if you know where to look! We will be glad to point you in the right direction for the getaway you've been hoping for...We hope you will choose to enjoy the LayZe River House and all that this area has to offer.

This was our first visit to the Heber Springs area. We loved the area and talked about how nice it would be to retire there. The LayZe River house was great. It had everything that we needed and more. Dock was up early each morning and fished until noon. We both have stressful jobs and this was the most relaxing vacation we have had in many years. The old part of Heber Springs had many quaint shops and the owners/associates in each store were very nice. They treated us like they had known use for years. We were lucky to find this.
