Description of the Greve vacation villa rental

This luxury Tuscany villa with beautiful façade has all ground floors rooms opening onto a terrace under hundred-year-old plane trees and it has been recently renovated and it features 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, easily sleeping a 10 people capacity(contact us for more guests). Outside there is a large teak table for outdoor dining in the summer, under the cool shade of the trees. The entry is made through a beautiful hallway into a spacious hall, in the center of which is a staircase with wrought iron railing, leading upstairs to the bedrooms. The large living room features beautiful fabrics, sophisticated furnishings, piano, 2 comfortable sofas and a wooden sculpted fireplace and it adjoins on one side a small office that also leads out to the garden, with a beautiful fresco painted on the wall. The fully equipped kitchen is a veritable living area with quality appliances, American refrigerator, Lacanche stove, microwave, stone sink.. This room is large enough for dining around its table. In the stone fireplace there is a supplementary heater for use in the winter. Nearby a pantry with a washer and dryer. From this room you can also get to a glass room used as a dining room and a winter garden. The swimming pool is tiled and can be heated upon request. A wireless LAN network has been installed at the property for guests who wish to access internet during their stay. The property also has SKY cable television which allows guests to view movies, news and cartoons in English. This is the place for the perfect holiday in Tuscany!
