Description of the Groningen vacation home rental

At the left and right we have neighbours. At the front there is a cornfield. At the back the is a small parcel of forest.
Our house is a 2 story house.
It has a livingroom (±40 m2), kitchen (±12 m2), hall.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms (±20 m2 with a double bed 200x180m), (±12 m2 with a single bed), (±12m with a single bed) and a bathroom. Also there is a small (±8 m2) working / sewingroom.
Next to the house the is a garage (±45 m2).
There is a front garden (±75 m2) with grass.
The back garden has a small pond, grass, flowers and plants. You can sit in the shade under a cherry tree.

Area Description

Kolham is very quiet and relaxing country town in the north of the Netherlands with 1500 inhabitants.
We live in the country just 3km outside Hoogezand were you can find shoppingcenters and 15km from the city of Groningen.
