Walk or bike to 3 private beaches, playground, ballfield,fishing, hiking and jogging paths, Summer monthly activites provided by small yacht club. large yard, no smoking, no pets,email for more information.
Area Description
5 minutes to historic Mystic. Close to Conn College, US Coast Guard Academy, Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Casino.About 10 minutes to route 95.
Yacht club runs summer activities for children and adults; tennis, sailing, swimming, sports, etc. Private point of land with its own police force and fire dept. Everyone walks and bikes everwhere "on the point." Children's payground and ball field a few minutes walking away.
