The owner described this "cabin" as nothing fancy, but that doesn't quite describe it. It was dark, filthy, and neglected. My husband fell through the front step that broke in half as soon as he stepped on it. The sliding glass doors and screens kept falling off the track and we couldn't fix it. The walls had thick dirt stains and the cobwebs ourside were so thick that our attempts to clean the windows made little difference. The deck chairs had no seats to sit on. During a 95 degree day, the lack of air conditioning was harsh and the 1970's fan was of little help. We really enjoyed the lake (great lake for kids!) and our time in Yosemite - but we avoided our "cabin." Our six nights ended up as two because we couldn't bear this place. When we told the owner we were leaving because it wasn't suitable, she was unbelievably rude. She said I was too picky, that I should have picked a more expensive cabin, and "good luck cause you'll need it." She is right - we will pick a more expensive cabin next time (to avoid this kind of disaster) and we are picky enough to want a clean and relatively maintained place to sleep.

Awesome home for vacation stay, easy to book and swift n systematic check in. Very neat n clean n moreover I loved the community and lake very nearby It's gated and safe ....my guests were pretty happy on house ....will come back gain n gain Thank u REMAX
We've owned our little place for about 15 years now & it is only because of the economy that we are renting it out. It is NOT fancy, but you're not paying for fancy either. It IS nearby to alot of great places to explore...We love it there & hope you will too so you'll come back again!
