Description of the Groveland vacation home rental
Comfortable: 20721 Point View Drive. This comfy 2030 square foot home is newly furnished including carpet and appliances. The great room has a beautiful wood beam vaulted ceiling and a panoramic view. There are two television sets with VCRs, DVDs and cable connection, as well as a ping-pong set in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy the comforts of central heat and cooling as well as a gas fireplace. The home has two queen beds, one double and one twin bed in three bedrooms, as well as an extra queen air mattress to accommodate eight guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a Select Comfort airbed and has a Jacuzzi tub in the adjoining bathroom/dressing room.
The all-electric kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cook top, quiet dishwasher, microwave oven, cookware and dishes. The dining area has a large table that seats eight and has an extra leaf. Outside, the deck extends along the entire back of the house. A charcoal grill and quality furnishings make for a lovely setting to enjoy the view, including a peek at the lake. This home also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a two-car garage, easy access with extra parking.
