Description of the Guadalajara vacation apartment rental

Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, fully furnished apartment in the center of Guadalajara.

Each room is fully furnished including an outdoor patio and laundry room. Cable TV including CNN and wireless internet are included. Our apartment is decorated in a Mexican Style with all the amenities of home.

The bathrooms are clean and modern with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Linens and towels are provided. CLEANING SERVICE INCLUDED TWICE WEEKLY!

Step out the door into a traditional Mexican neighborhood. One block away from Santuario and Pedro Loza pedestrian street. On every direction you will find clean taquerias, restaurants and bars. A few steps from a 24 hr. convenient store and taxi stand.

4 short blocks to Mercado Alcalde which has the best produce in town. Near Museums, Theatres, Cathedral and beautiful plazas with fountains and great people watching.

Convenient bus stops that will take you to Tonala, Tlaquepaque or either bus terminal.

There are great taquerias on every direction from the apartment, my favorite are the Tacos al Pastor on Pedro Loza pedestrian street, just a block towards Alcalde, across from Santuario Park. You can walk all around the historic district, it's a very safe area,near most language schools and main plazas. Bus stops and taxis are just a few steps away.

• Deposits: Unrefundable 25% of total cost of stay to guarantee the reservation. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: The rate includes cleaning service twice a week, we can arrange extra days for cleaning service and the fee will be $200 pesos (about 15 usd) per extra day.

This is a cozy "apartment", however it has it's own separate entrance so it's more like a townhouse. It's in a great location, close to many attractions in the city. Which you can either walk to or take a short taxi ride. It has all the amenities you will need refrigerator, washer and dryer ect. It's much better then staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
