2 bedroom villita, fully furnished, newly renovated, in a ten complex gated community. Very secure, gardener on site and administrator. Indoor parking, swimming pool, tennis courts, gazebo, fountain and gorgeous garden with fruit trees...

Monthly rental is $700.00 U.S.
Available from April to November 2007....minimum of 3 months if possible...all inclusive except gas used and the cleaning lady weekly expense of $12.00/weekly.
Area Description
Our villita is in La Canacinta, just outside of AJIJIC.
It is 35 mins from the airport within walking distance of Lake Chapala...We are close to town with all kinds of artisan boutiques, shopping,clinic, movie house theatre and golfing....
This area is considered to be the second best climate in the world...year round...the effect of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the lake...we are 5500 ft above sea level.
