Area Description
Phoenix City is located to the north of the Guangyuan Expressway (East) Guangzhou, it is the biggest villa community located in east of Guangzhou city. It takes about 25 minutes to downtown (Tianhe District), 10 minutes to Guangzhou Economic Development District, 10 minutes to Yonghe Development District and 20 minutes to Dongguan. The community enjoys the enchantment of the mountain and lake views, possessing an international school, a culture center, a sports center, an amusement park, shopping streets, fresh market, supermarkets, Chinese and western restaurants, Japanese restaurants, and the five-star Phoenix City Hotel, you may found that many foreign peoples living in this area. Regular buses are available to take the residents to downtown Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, New Baiyun Airport through the expressways everyday. For downtown route, shuttle bus is available at 10 minutes intervals during the peak hours (7AM-9AM, 5PM-7PM), and 30 minutes intervals for other time.
