Owner Supplied Testimonials
Another Satisfied Customer from July 2006
I wanted to tell you how much we have truly enjoyed our time in Sulangan. It was one of the best trips ever - this from a family that has been to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hainan Island, Hawaii, Florida, South Carolina and other fantastic holiday spots and places around the world.

WHAT MADE THIS TRIP GREAT ?

- The Environment. Waking up to the ocean, walking 30 meters and dipping the foot in. Walking out at low tide and exploring nature. The local kids.
- The assistance from Michelle, Christine, Boy, Andy, Grandma (that's what we all had to call her). Are wonderful people. They helped us at each moment. Groceries, trips, any questions. I wanted to either stay or bring them home with me. My young son still asks if he can go next door and see Michelle and Christine.
- The Spot. Leyte bay in front of you. With its majestic views and calm waves welcoming you to step in and enjoy. The Pacific Ocean on another with its power and awe, begging you to come and give it a try. Then there in the middle is the causeway in between. Wildlife abounds as you can see both sides. Then to top it all off you can venture to any number of islands in less than two hours and find the best snorkeling this side of the universe. I saw things snorkeling that I have not seen diving!
- The House. Is better than any Hilton or Marriott. They can't supply the space or the stars.

We are going to email a picture shortly and will probably be booking again in October.
August Tides
The best beach villa vacation we ever had and we're from Florida!!! Why?!
The people,
The shallow, crystal clear waters that seem to reach to the Islands in the
distance at low tide,
Incredible sunsets off your back porch,
Incredible sunrises a short drive away,
Fresh fish for sale few steps down the beach,
The damp, cool, caves carved out of the volcanic island rock
Snorkeling at the Pearl Island Preserve in the Gulf of Leyte,
Snorkeling in the river where the tide carries water from the Gulf to
the Pacific and back again, just a few steps from the house,
Snorkeling in the Pacific,
Snorkeling in the tide pools,
Snorkeling at the beach off your back porch
Tide pools filled with infinite numbers of starfish, sea urchins,
fish and sea life,
and....... The People
