There is a single car garage with paved side parking. The back of home has an arbored back porch the entire width of the home for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets. Great area for walking and biking, East Bay for fishing is one-half mile, stores, grocery and shops a half mile. Pensacola Beach or Navarre Beach is nearby, boat launch to Santa Rosa Sound is half mile away. If you need an extended stay home, this is a great home and very affordable.

Gulf Breeze is a small community where you always see someone you know when you are out and about. We have mild winters and clear skies. You can walk to East Bay to fish in the morning and enjoy that fresh catch for breakfast or the boat launch to Santa Rosa Sound is half mile away.
