Description of the Gulf Shores vacation condo rental

Our home is approximately 1,734 square feet on the seventh floor. This condo has large guest and master suites. It also has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the master suite, living area, and kitchen. There is a double balcony with a large marble table which seats six and comfy lounges for book reading and cocktails. The spacious bathrooms each have granite and large, thick towels. There is a garden tub, double sink vanity, and a stand-alone shower in the master bath. Our ocean view kitchen is appointed with granite and stainless steel appliances and has a cappuccino machine among other small appliances. Along with the magnificent ocean view, guests will be thrilled with a view of the bay from the back side of the condo. Our third bedroom is the bunk room where up to four children can sleep in the double set of bunkbeds. The third bedroom also opens to the main bathroom.

Your vacation begins at the secluted end of Fort Morgan Island. Forgo the over-crowded beaches and watch dolphins play during the day while the children build sandcastles and look for crabs. After the sun sets over the sugar-white beaches, walk on a safe beach toward the lighthouse that still serves as a beacon for boats nearby. Many of the visitors to this area enjoy chartering a fishing trip, playing golf, enjoying the nearby spa, or heading into town for outlet shopping.

We have a year round heated pool and fun pool toys for the children. If the family gets bored with relaxing, there is a civil war era historical fort at the end of the island which is wonderful to walk thru. If you're still interested in sightseeing, take the ferry at the end of the island to Dauphin Island and tour the estuary.
