The average daily high temperature is 77.3 degrees and the average daily low temperature is 67.4 degrees. June, July and August enjoy average highs around 90 and average lows around 71-72 degrees.

Walk the beach 3 miles either way without restrictions. Walk to an amusement park and local shopping (about a mile away). Sunny pool on the north side and shady pool on the beach side.
