On the beach. Top floor. Grand views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon. Use all 200 feet of beach front. Bicycle all over. Park underneath and take the elevator up.
Huge east-facing deck with full view of the Gulf, the beach and the pools. See the dolphins, the shrimpers, the sun bathers, the airplanes. See everything from the deck.
Area Description
A fishing paradise near the site of the world's largest red fish fishing contest. Regular charter trips from twenty marinas and all the surf fishing you want. Lagoon fishing off the condo's pier.
And a golfer's dream with eighteen golf course within about fifteen miles. Play Cotton Creek, Kiva Dunes, Penisula, Lost Key, even the new Soldiers Creek.
The average daily high temperature is 77.3 degrees and the average daily low temperature is 67.4 degrees. June, July and August enjoy average highs around 90 and average lows around 71-72 degrees.
