This condo was awesome! We only needed a place to stay for 2 nights for a volleyball tournament and this was the only condo that would allow I Us to stay 2 nights instead of 3. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the lighthouse condos to anyone!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We had everything we needed to feel at home. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, etc. and the Lighthouse offers many amenities including a fitness room and an indoor pool. Renting the condo was hassle-free as the owners were very easy to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful time -- we didn't want to leave!! We would recommend this condo to anyone!

Lighthouse is great place for a family get-away...The beach is right out the front door and the pools are very nice. While it is crowded it never seems as if you are on top of anyone. The condo was very nice and accommodating. 2 bedrooms w/ bunk room worked perfectly for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in working condition. There was plenty of room and the deck was awesome. The area was extremely nice as there are restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The kids loved "the Hangout" which is about a 1/2 mile away. Great family, fun restaurant/bar with tons of activities for children. This was our second year in a row vacationing in Gulf Shores and I would be shocked if we didn't end up there again in 2014. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay at the lighthouse. We had everything we needed. The accommodation's were clean and well kept. They had a portable crib which was a god sent for my 6 month old grandson and some pool toys which my 4 year old grand daughter really enjoyed playing with! The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean , we saw dolphins swimming one morning. The condo was close to many attractions,shopping and restaurant's. I totally recommend this rental we had a great time! Thank you Tim and Myra!

We had a great time here. Condo was great, clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation a great one. We cooked in some and the condo had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We ate at Mikee's, The Shrimp Basket and LuLu's. We did not have a bad meal anywhere, food was great. We had loads of fun in the sun. Walked down to Sea and Subs and had lunch, then back in the sun. Toes in the water and Behind in the sand. Made some great memories. Thanks Tim. We'll stay here again next year if not before.

Just got back from our trip and the condo at the Lighthouse was great. Location was great, loved the 15-20 minute walk to the pier every morning and the location was great - walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great area. The condo was very nice and comfortable - When I go back to GS I will definately book this property again - Tim was great to work with! GREAT STAY

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need, including games! It is very pretty, has an amazing view from a huge balcony, and is accommodating for all types of travelers! The zero entry pool & the super short distance from the unit to the beach are what we love about The Lighthouse. Also, the location can't be beat! The owners of this unit were very easy to work with. We stayed in Lighthouse condo unit #302. The unit was great, with all the amenities you could want. The unit, as well as the property, was perfect. The view of the gulf, beach and pools was amazing. The owners were great to work with. They made our stay very enjoyable and affordable. We are already discussing a return trip next year and we will definitely will try to rent from Tim and Myra again.

We stayed in Lighthouse Unit #302. We absolutely loved the convienent parking. Parked just a few feet from the door and never used the elevator the entire week. Tim and Myra made the process very easy. Loved everything about this unit and the Lighthouse.

Our family of seven stayed in the Lighthouse condo 406 last week. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable. There was, ample seating and dining space, plus plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage. The little bunk room ensured that everyone had room to sleep, and gave the teen children some personal space. We did not cook much, but the kitchen is well- equiped for those who choose to cook. We really enjoyed the lovely gulf view from the master bedroom and the private balcony. The pools were all nice, but we especially liked the zero entry pool. The indoor pool is nice on a chilly or rainy day and at night. It is open until 10:30 pm. There were beach toys and pool toys for the children to enjoy, so we didn't have to go purchase them. You do need to bring your own pool and beach towels, as the condo towels can not be taken outside. The beach was beautiful, clean, and a very short walk from the pool. There are hoses to rinse the sand off on the walk back from the beach so you can just get in the pool or lounge in the chairs if you are not ready to go back to your condo. The location is great, it is quiet, and not overly crowded. We all had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave. We are planning to return in two to three months.

We stayed in #302. The condo was very nice. Had a full size washer and dryer, whirlpool tub in the Masterbath. and zeroentry pool for the kids was one of the reason we picked the lighthouse. Maintenance cleaned the pools every morning, and picked up trash around the property. There was also a security guard that walked around the property checking the pool and parking area. We were able to park on the top of the parking garage right in front of the condo which was really nice. The lighthouse is within walking distance or a very short drive of several resturants and other things to do. Would recommend the lighthouse and would stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Really a 3 bedroom, since the bunk room is separate (like a large closet) and perfect for 2 children or 1 adult. There are 2 very nice outdoor pools and 1 okay indoor pool. A good exercise room and sauna, although they don't open until 8:00 am which was too late for my husband. We had problems with the internet and one tv. It was a little frustrating at first, but when we spoke with the owner he had it fixed the next day. Towels and bed linens are old and frayed, so bring your own if that's important to you. Also, they don't provide trash bags and paper towels, and only left one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. Other than that, everything was great.

We have stayed in Tim and Myra's condo's a couple of times now and have always been most pleased. The latest visit was great, beaches were clean, condo was great. Did not see any oil at all and were surprised by the few people who were at the Lighthouse. This time of year is great for little kids - Gulf temps are perfect, air temp is temperate, and the crowds are thin. My 6 and 5 year olds have had a great time.

Oh what a wonderful place to stay. The facility completely met our needs with the clean pools, hot tubs and work out room. Our condo was clean and pleasant. The weather was perfect too. We will definitely visit the Lighthouse again.

We really enjoyed this condo. It is in a great location for easy access to your car and also the ocean. It is also a quiet room. You hear very little of what is going on outside the condo.

Went for Thanksgiving stayed in Rm 215 a 3 bedroom it was great. Very spacious and great oceanview. 4 adults with 3 children and enjoyed all 3 pools and used all the equipment they had. It sure was wonderful and the weather was very good for us during Thanksgiving. Daughter in law cooked a small turkey breast so we still enjoyed the holiday. Don't pass this place up. We'll definitely return again to this place. Had room 215 Saw the Christmas tree also bein lighted during this time.

The Lighthous is a great place to stay for a trip to the beach! The pool overlooks the beach and ocean, so if you don't love to be in the sand, you can still look at it! The units are roomy and have everything you need for your vacation, down to waking up to a view of the ocean!This is my second year to stay here and we will definitely do so again! Also, the zero enrty pool here is great if you have little ones!! Mine absolutely loved it!!!

We are a family of six and all of us loved our vacation at the Lighthouse in Gulf Shores, Al. This was our first time here and the condo (#1411) was wonderful. We couldn't ask for anything more. Everything was new, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the big jacuzzi bathtub! The only minor inconvenience were the slow elevators. It seems like in a complex that large there should be more elevators. The pools were great, especially the zero-entry one with the water spouts. My four year old couldn't get enough of that! One day the pool did look somewhat green but I overheard some ladies telling the maintenance guy and by the next day the water was crystal clear. We would definitely return to the Lighthouse!

This is our 3rd annual trip with mother, 82, daughter 58, sister, 55, daughter, 32, and grandson, 4. Past 2 years we stayed at Phoenix I. 82 yr old use to stay at old Lighthouse so we decided to take her back. Unit is small, space is used unwisely. no table to eat at. bunk room is not adequated for luggage space, person sleeping in living room has no luggage space. Outdoor pool is freezing. linens were inadequate--tiny torn towels, one dirty blanket for pull out bed. We enjoyed our stay despite these things, but would not likely rent this unit again.

We really enjoyed the visit and the accommodations. The unit was clean and spacious. The Lighthouse groungs and building were clean and well maintained. The only negative might be slow elevators.

Even on a chilly day this place is spectacular. The rooms are spacious and the view is unbelievable. The white sandy beach is the best. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We would come back!
