Situated on the Little Lagoon with deeded access to a private beach across the road on the Gulf, the Surf & Racquet Club has all you could ask for to make your vacation a great one.

Come enjoy yourself in many ways—bring your small boat, sailboat, or jet skis and launch directly off the boat dock; sit poolside and while away the day; grill out and have a picnic right on the grounds; play horseshoes, shuffleboard or tennis; or go fishing in the lagoon—all without ever leaving the complex. The beach on the Gulf is just a short walk away!

Unit 403 B has been recently renovated with new ceramic tile throughout, new counters in the kitchen and baths, and new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen. Everything is ready to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
• There is a full kitchen, ready for dining-in! A full sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top stove w/standard oven, coffee maker, toaster and a complete complement of cooking utensils makes it easy to stay in and eat quick meals and snacks.
• The Dining area seats four at the table, two at the bar.
• The Living Room flows into the kitchen and has sliding glass doors to the balcony. The cable TV has a DVD player and a VCR, and there is a stereo system with CD player. The sleeper sofa accommodates two more guests.
• The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, sliding glass doors for it’s own access to the balcony and another cable TV/VCR. The Guest Bedroom has a queen sized bed.
• The balcony has an outdoor table for four and overlooks the pool!

Area Description

The Surf & Racquet Club offers many fun things to occupy your time without having to drive anywhere.
• The dock allows you to launch small boats, sailboats and jet-skis into the lagoon for a small one time fee of $10.
• Or you can fish in the lagoon!
• Grill up your fish on one of the four charcoal grills available and eat outside at one of the convenient picnic tables.
• Play horseshoes, shuffleboard or tennis—your choice—all while enjoying a beautiful water view.
• Relax poolside at the oasis-style pool. There is also a kiddie pool and a hot tub.
• Bring your laptop and enjoy the free WiFi internet access. You can get it at the pool or in one of the lobbies and they’re working on getting it in all the units as well.
• There is ample parking for only $20 one time fee per vehicle. You can bring your boat and trailer, too.
• A short walk across the road brings you to the beach on the Gulf, which is a private beach enjoyable only by guests at the Surf and Racquet Club!
If you want to go out, Gulf Shores offers a myriad of activities, only a short drive away!
• Plenty of restaurants make going out to eat a true pleasure.
• Shop your heart out! There are plenty of unique boutiques as well as outlet shopping.
