Newly furnished/remodeled condo in Gulf Shores. Located at the Peninsula golf and Racquet Club 5 miles down Fort Morgan Rd. Quiet Gated Golf Course community, our condo overlooks Golf Course.This is a upscale community that provides numerous amenities and is a wonderfull location to relax and undwind. The community is perfect for all types of vacationers! It is family friendly, retirement friendly, and is a nice quiet place for newlyweds to retreat to.
New everything in the condo, from the paint to the furniture and linens!
Located on 2nd floor(complex is two story only). The unit is a 2bedroom/2bath unit completly redone. The master bedroom has a King Bed with Tv/DVD, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and TV/DVD, living room has sofa sleeper and 42" Flat Screen TV/DVD. All new appliances ,fully functioning kitchen,granite counter tops, wonderfull screened in balcony overlooking Golf Course. Everything is new, new furniture, new appliances,new bedding!!

Complex has indoor pool,outdoor pool, 8 tennis courts,fitness center, and GOLF! Also has nature trails that lead to private beach on Bon Secure Bay( great for fishing and crabbing) with fishing pier, swings,barbeque area, and nature trails. Community clubhouse and restaurant onsite along with premier Golf course. Golf Course is a 27 hole championship course. Great course for all skill levels.You may never need to leave the condo complex! But if you do venture out...

...our condo is only 5 minutes from everything in Gulf Shores, and 2 minutes from secluded public beach on Fort Morgan Rd. Has best of both worlds- Golf and Beach. Condo complex is in a gated community and is extremely private and quiet. If you are looking for a more secluded condo, away from the Huge complexes of Gulf Shores then this is for you. Play all day, then rest peacefully in our quiet, fully furnished condo.

Gulf Shores has lots of family activities, there is the Zoo, beaches, amusement parks, water parks,minature golf, the Wharf shopping center , lots of great restaurants,2 movie complexes, shopping, dolphin tours, the Fort at Fort Morgan,and so much more! There is something for everyone!Foley is located close by, with more shopping , restaurants, and family activites.

Daughter's 14th Birthday Retreat!, August 11, 2009

We had originally planned to stay here for 2 nights and loved it so much, we ended up staying for 5 nights. The condo was perfect! Newly decorated, clean, cute and cozy, and the beds were so comfortable. The location is great at the Peninsula. It is truly the best of both worlds. My daughter invited 3 of her friends to go with us and they all had a blast. The condo is in a beautiful guarded community and I felt safe to let the girls go explore the natural preserve private beach area. We played tennis and enjoyed the pool, which was always so clean and never crowded. The beach was close and easy to get to. We ate lunch at The Beach Club right down the road and ended up staying at the beach there for the entire day. We enjoyed outings to Lulu's, Lambert's and the amusement parks and loved coming back to the peace and relaxation at the condo. It's a great place to stay, have great fun and truly relax.
