This condo was fabulous! It was super clean, up to date, and perfect for 2 people! Very convenient to everything and the beach was a quick walk across the road. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for an affordable getaway!

This place was great. Decorated beautifull , very clean and well maintained. Location is also close to everything and the beach is just right across the street. Also quiet place to stay, we stayed on spring break and no wild parties or anything that we could tell. Miss Cothren was so nice and helpfull we would stay there again for sure.

Stayed at condo again, 2 years in a row. The condo has everything you need and is close to all shops/stores and restaurants. Although the condo is across the street from the beach, you can sit on the front balcony and still view the Gulf. Will definitely be booking again for later this year :) Great place and clean---what else could you ask for?

We read so many reviews about so many condos and this one just caught our attention. It was so clean, well decorated, and comfortable, did we mention clean? The unit has covered parking, pool and the area is so peaceful and quiet. We are already looking at the calendar for our next trip down. One of the best values in the area. Best for a couple, and maybe two kids, but really, leave them at home and get down to the Cove.

New Home Away From Home!

We will return to this condo as often as we can! It is clean, has fresh decor, newer appliances with every kitchen item you need, COLD a/c, ceiling fans that don't wobble and comfy beds. Walk across the street to the beach, or use the property pool. There is a family owned store practically next door that has everything from bait to beer - soup to souviners (many cheaper than at the bigger stores). Best kept secret so don't tell!

We had an excellent time. The condo was nice and clean. Tommy came by twice to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing and was never crowded. We walked to the beach, neighborhood grocery, and shops/restaurants. We especially liked sitting out at night looking out at the beach and other sights. This condo was a great price. We enjoyed this condo to the max. Even though we had two teenage girls with us and all their stuff - we managed 4 in this very nice decorated colorful beachy condo. Everything worked great including the air conditioner which you really need this time of year. A very close walk across to the beach. The unit was a good location. Extremely clean. New front load washer and drier. New linens. Only downfall was the sofa bed. Would recommend only kids sleep on it. We had an enjoyable time at the unit and the cost was excellent!!

Beautiful Vacation Spot

We arrived to a very clean well maintained condo, that actually had the air conditioner turned on and waiting for us. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking, bath towels were big and thick (not those little ones that feel like drying with bed sheets), outside area very clean and well manicured. Just across the road from a nice beach, close enough to the shops and a few restaurants to wolk to and from. Outside grills and tables were clean and free of others leavings. I felt very safe in the area to even let my two teenagers walk to the beach a little before we were ready to go. Quite family type vacation area, but still busy enough to make it interesting for the older kids as well. We would love to stay again and plan on doing so within the next year.

WOW! We were so impressed when we walked in… the condo is perfect, clean, nicely decorated, view of the beach across the street not too bad of a walk to the beach LOVED having the washer and dryer and dishwasher. Big enough for the kids to play while we lie around after the beach or pool… HOWEVER I must say I was disappointed in the pool access. While you have the beach View you have to walk down 18 steep stairs and back up 18 stairs to get the pool on the back side. Why there isn’t a walk way from one side to the other without climbing ALL those stairs I don’t understand. I would have given it 5+ stars if it were not for that.

Having been warned by the media about the devastation to the coast by the oil spill. We left with trepidation. We were extemely pleased with condo 109. The place was clean, well stocked and up to date. We were centrally located to all that was important and minutes away from the not so important. The information given by ironlady50 (Donna?) prepared us for a very relaxing, much needed, much appreciated vacation. Thank you for all you did to make that happen. The only problem I had was the way the media over dramatized (lied) about your bit of paradise. I think they did you a great diservice, and cost alot of people a lot of money for nothing. I suggest people go on line and look at the real time pictures of your pristine beaches. Again thank you. Jim Mccallister

We spent a great week at Gulf Shores and this condo helped to make it the enjoyable trip it was. It was very clean, across the highway from the beach, and close to a number of amenities. The owner went above and beyond by mailing a left-behind jacket to us. We gave the experience 4 stars only because a large group of college students had the condo above us and partied into the wee hours.

For the price and expectations, this condo far exceed what we anticipated. It was in a nice location for the area with walking distances to everyhing we needed. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we immediately felt like it was our home away from home. Was equipped with all the items that were needed and we lacked for nothing in meeting our requirements for a week away on vacation.

Fantastic Condo

I recently rented this condo and it was nothing short of fantastic. The condo was very tastefully deecorated and equipped with everything needed for a nice vacation. It is perfect for a couple or small family as it does have a fold out couch bed. It is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, so there is no need for driving. You can actually walk to everything! Although it is across the street from the beach, there is easy access to the water. There is also a launch for small boats and watercraft. The conddo owner is fantastic! I recommend this unit to anyone who is looking for a great vacation!
