Enjoy the uniqueness of a 40 unit community with 250 feet of beach front. You won't have to get out and reserve space on the sugary white sand! Just walk over the sea wall and you are there!
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home has a private carport for 2 cars/SUVs. Walk upstairs to the first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Up another flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms with their own baths. There are balconies off the Master bedroom and the living room. This is a horseshoe shaped building with a pool and grass courtyard in the middle.

There are very few communities left like this one as everyone has gone high-rise. With only 40 units and about 25% non-rentals, get your reservations early.

This complex is right on the Gulf of Mexico. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and you are less than a mile from the main intersection of I-59 and Beach Blvd. Within a mile is Waterville and the Zoo. Within 3 miles are many other restaurants including LuLus, The Track (an amusement park type facility), putt putt golf. About 15 mins away is The Tanger Outlet Mall. You can be at the Flora Bama (on the Alabama/Florida line) within 20 mins.
