Description of the Gulfport vacation home rental

This lovely new three bedroom/two bath home located in Gulfport, MS invites you to enjoy the elevated deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Built in 2008, this home will accommodate 8 nicely, with plenty of parking under the home. There is a BBQ grill located on site, and an attractive children's park with water features located in eye's view from the deck.

The back deck of "The Ivy Vista" beach house offers a clear view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, so savor the sea breeze and salt air!

Parking for up to four cars under the house.

Bedding arrangements are: Two queen beds, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

A large wall mounted flat panel t.v. is located in the living room for your enjoyment, along with televisions in both the master bedroom and middle bedroom.

Pet friendly location (one small pet only) with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00 - $100.00 depending on the length of stay. There is a one time departure cleaning fee of $99.00.

Mid or high season rates may apply for holidays and special events periods. Call for off season specials!

Area Information

Very nice, quiet neighborhood located just one block west of the Island View Casino! No need to drive or take public transportation to enjoy gambling and entertainment. Walk to the public beach!

Great family vacation

July 11, 2011

The house was perfect for our two families sharing it for an 8 day vacation. Perfect walking distance to the beach, although there was also plenty of parking along the beach to take one vehicle 'loaded' with all the beach gear for the day. We will definitely stay again. Hopefully as soon as next summer!
