A BEAUTIFUL Lakeview house designed for comfort and relaxing. The 1400 sq ft lake house is positioned for privacy and quite. The walkout balcony is breath taking and relaxing. The large patio deck is designed for family fun and fellowship. This place of resort was built in December 2005, and began accepting public renters in January 2007. So this property still possesses the new clean, and fresh look and feel that so many loves. The entrance drive will accomodate four vehicles. BayCourt Retreat is just that located off of Interstate 175 East in Gun Barrel City, TX (Harbor Point Edition)

Area Description

The surrounding areas are Mabank, Malacoff, Trinity, Seven Points and many others. Gun Barrel City has a Super Wal-mart, Lowes, serveral banks, varied shopping venues and resturants. Cedar Creek Lake is one of the largest man-made lake in Texas and is great for fishing, water sports and has many entry docks for boat and jet ski's. In the Town of Canton, you can shop till you drop at "1st Monday" which are held the last weekend before the 1st Monday of the Month. Great bargins and great experience. It's so large that you can't see everything in one day. So much to do or if you choose...do nothing!
