Description of the Haines City vacation home rental

Our luxury spacious villa is four bedded, comprising of two masters with king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom. Both the masters have doors leading out to the lania with extended decking area, pool and Jacuzzi. All rooms have cable T.V. and large walk in wardrobes. All the rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard.
The lounge with its beautiful vaulted ceiling overlooks the lania and pool area. Wide patio doors lead you out on to our large extended decking area with ample room for all guests. The den has a sofa sleeper, television, dvd and stereo. The kitchen is open plan with dining table and breakfast bar area. The kitchen is fully fitted with large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, oven, microwave and dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. A utility room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The advantage of washing facilities means fewer clothes to pack, which allows more room for all the bargains to bring back home. Situated in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, the villa has been located as a perfect base for your every Florida holiday desire; whether it is a trip to Disney World or one of the many other theme park attractions, a visit to the beautiful Florida beaches, a game of golf on one of the championship golf courses or even a trip to Discovery Cove to enjoy a swimming experience with the dolphins.

Lots of room

We stayed for 5 nights & our group had 9 people in it. Furnishings were fine if not a tad dated. The game room isn't air conditioned so it wasn't used much given the 90+ temperatures outside. Overall it was clean, but obviously well used. Carpets are a worn and bed coverings are thin. We had a good time and the spaciousness was definitely a major plus. Could use a facelift or a little updating, but we would choose to stay again. Also, the pool pictures are a bit deceiving....it's a small backyard pool. Looks much bigger on the internet.

Our family had a great vacation and this house made it even better. From the welcome gifts to the heated pool and everything in between, we felt right at home. We would definitely reccomend renting this home if you are going to be vacationing in the Orlando area.

Home was close to the attractions of Disney, Cypress Gardens and the Historic Box Sanctuary.. We certainlly would come back if we or any of our families would like to return to this area of FL. Dear Nikki,
The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The alarm and gated community gave us a real sense of security. The grocery was located conveniently just down the road. The drive to Disney, Universal, and Discovery Cove was very easy, and we were far enough away that traffic was never a problem for us. When we arrived late that first night the exterior of the house was all lit up, and it looked very warm and inviting. The welcome basket of basic food supplies was perfect, and the starter toiletries were extremely helpful. The kitchen had every accessory anyone could ever possibly need. The kids loved the game room, and the PS2. There was an abundance of towels, pillows, and hot water. The house felt like a home to us, not just a rental property, and the kids miss it very much. We had a wonderful vacation!
