Description of the Haines City vacation home rental

You will not find a better deal for the money than this newer built, four bedroom home! The Kitchen and Great Room area features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and ceramic tile throughout. The furniture is good quality and like new. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The laundry room, right off the kitchen, is very convenient!

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and designed with your comfort in mind. The Disney room will delight the girls and the boys will appreciate the Nautical room. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and two separate exits leading directly to the pool area. The walk-in closet and private TV plus VCR are great!

Area Information

Southern Dunes is a gated community and consists of well-kept houses built amongst a beautiful, top rated golf course. The heated community pool, tennis courts, playground area, and clubhouse with workout facilities are really nice extras when you're not at Disney World and want to hang around the house!

The home was nice and the rental rate reasonable. Issue why we rated a 3 star - Multiple problems with refigerator. - Only half the toaster worked. - Only had a small charcoal grilled, wished they would have had larger gas grill. - Neighboring homes were rented to baseball teams who had a number of vans which were parked on the street baking it difficult to get out of the drive way

I gave my husband a surprise 70th birthday party, and rented this property for my kids from Ohio to use while they were here. They were thrilled to have the space, and really enjoyed the pool. The house was very clean and nice, and the party was a huge success. Thank you! I would definately rent here again, should the need arise. I live 17 miles from this property, and it was ideal for my children to access both our house and the attractions. We simply didn't have the space for all our guests to stay with us, and this was an ideal answer. Thanks Again
