Our beautiful home has several months booked already for 2013 and 2014, says something doesn't it? We have very many happy regular guests who know they are getting fabulous value for money. We are not the cheapest but our home offers the closest to the kind of comfort you get at home from a vacation home. We will do anything we can to make sure you have the best vacation. Whether you come to visit the parks, play some golf or relax and celebrate a special occasion with family and friends - you can be sure you'll be doing it in comfort and luxury in our home.

Come and relax in our luxurious, huge villa on Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Our home is hugely popular with our regular guests and its easy to see why 4 bedrooms, south-facing pool, 42' flat screen TV with surround sound, recently painted with all new bedding and bedroom sets and soft furnishings. Plus its 20 mins from Disney and surrounded by the best malls in Florida.

Palm Villa is furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind and includes many extra features and facilities to give your group the best ever holiday - FREE Wireless Internet, BBQ and Nintendo Wii. There's a Games Room with quality pool table,ping pong table, movies, Xbox and darts to keep the youngsters happy while you relax by the pool with a Margarita from our fabulous frozen drink machine

Most of these extra facilities you normally have to rent from the agent at an additional cost.

Our home is completely Family Friendly and includes all these features to make sure EVERYONE in your group has a fabulous time - because we know if the kids are happy then the adults get to relax too:

* heated pool, underlit at night with lots of comfortable seating to lay and read, sleep, eat
together, with lighting for evenings or just laze the day away, inflatable toys provided
* separate Games Room with pool table, safety darts game, TV and DVDs
* Nintendo Wii in the family room with Sports and Rock Star games
* Xbox with stock of games in the Games Room
* and ping-pong table - we hear of fabulous family tournaments that have run all week long!
* 42' flat screen TV with DVD and surround sound system with stock of DVDs for family movie fun
* crib with bedding, highchair & stroller plus stack of plastic plates, drink cups, spoons
* Baby bath, baby toilet seat.
* Community playground and tennis courts for free use by our guests
* safety alarms on all pool doors plus extra lock high-up to thwart little fingers on main door
* 2 sets of bunk beds in one room with extra pillows, covers if needed
* stock of beach towels provided as well as hand and bath towels to save packing heavy items
* TV/DVD combo in the master bedroom which also has cable
* flat screen TV in the second master bedroom with cable too

We have also resurfaced our 26 foot pool and replaced the furniture with quality loungers and chairs and lots of cushions for your comfort. Our pool enjoys sun all day long unlike many others and is perfect for watching those beautiful Floridian sunrises.

Palm Villa is a peaceful haven of tranquility to come home to after a busy, fun-packed day in Orlando. You will also be centrally placed to visit the delights of the Space Coast or the lovely beaches of Clearwater and St Pete's Beach.

Golfers will be in heaven on our award-winning course, simply pay and play.

The community is gated, peaceful and immaculately kept with 3 big swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, gym and clubhouse serving lunch and dinner and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
