Southern Dunes is a semi-private championship golf course and residential gated community.
The community boasts a number of community pools and club houses, a children's play area, tennis courts as well as the fantastic golf course.
Close by are stores, restaurants and banks, within walking distance, including Winn Dixie and a Super Wal*Mart.
Southern Dunes is only 20 minutes away from the Disney theme parks.

Fantastic Florida stay in Florida!

We had an amazing holiday in Ken & Teresa's Florida home! I absolutely loved it there. This is not our first visit, we have been lucky enough to have been before. The bedrooms are very roomy with extremely comfortable beds. The living room is always first class and the kitchen well kitted out with everything you might need. Outside is a wonderful pool and decking area perfect for sunbathing and relaxing after those long days in the parks! The property is easy to find and conveniently has a huge Wallmart and WinDixie nearby. I would recommend this Florida home to anyone wishing to visit Florida and give it 10/10 !

Excellent place to relax after the chaos of the parks and only 20 minutes from Disney. Great for families; kids loved the pool, very comfortable and clean, web access, local shops, and golf on your doorstep. Can't think of anything missing. This was our 2nd trip and we'll come again.
