Vacation Rental Description
This is a 3 BEdroom. 2 Bath home with a garage. It is fully equipt, and has a pool just down the street. A club house just paces away and looks out on the 5th tee of this award winning golf course. The front faces the 18th hole. It is a private gated community, with 4 pools, tennis courts, lake and lots more. There is a 24 hour Super Walmart just outside the gates and many other stores bars and resturants close by.
Area Description
It is on SR27, just off the I-4 Hwy. It is only 20 minutes to disney, 45 minutes to Tampa and St. Peterdburg beaches. You can get to the Space center within an Hour at Cape Carnavral. It is a very peaceful area, with the bussle of Orlando so close by. Also Busche Gardens is less than an hour away. Beautiful countryside, Lake Wales is only 12 miles away, and many unique small towns are so close, that you can do something different each day, and have do much fun
