Several excellent restaurants are within a very short drive. One of the most popular, Manny's Chophouse, is less than 5 minutes drive away. The All Star Bar and Grill is also very popular and again is less than 5 minutes drive from Southern Dunes.
Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
- Check In: 4 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: 5days+
- Lodging Tax: included in rate
- Deposits: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance becomes due for payment 8 weeks prior to departure date.
Where a booking is accepted less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the full balance is payable immediately.
- Other Fees: A refundable bond of GBP200($300) is also payable 8 weeks prior to departure. This will be reimbursed 1 month after the end of the holiday rental period providing that:
The property is vacated by the specified date and time;
The keys are returned at the time of departure;
The owner expects that the property, furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities will be treated with respect.
Any damage or breakages are either reported and repaired at the client�s cost or are replaced.

The villa is so comfortable and superbly well equipped it was like a home from home even though we only spent a relatively short time actually in it. The car hire site recommended on your site turned out to be excellent and even the man at Dollar commented on how comprehensive a package we had bought - he didn't even try to sell us insurance we didn't need!
What particularly impressed me was that you allow guests free access to everything really (including the PC which you don't have to). It certainly made our life much easier being able to download digital pictures from our cameras and copy them onto CD's bought at Walmart ourselves rather than paying Walmart's prices for doing the same for example.
Kids loved the pool obviously and the games room.
