Our villa is on the new and exclusive development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.

This prestigious community has a gated entrance and planned lake front facilities, including clubhouse, picnic area and watersports.

The villa has a private pool and is on a quiet corner plot in the development.

The property offers very spacious accommodation and has been finished to a high standard, both inside and out.

It is fully air-conditioned, with cable TV and wireless internet access.

The villa has a brand new games room installed in March 2008 which includes 8 foot slate pool table and foosball table.

Area Description

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is located just off Highway 27.

It is about 5 minutes from the I4 at junction 55.

It is very close to a Wal-Mart Supercentre and two championship golf courses.

There are other local shops close by including Blockbusters for all your entertainment needs.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has a grand gated entrance.

Lovely and well kept, March 17, 2009

The home is roomy, comfortable and clean. The floor plan affords privacy with the bedrooms spaced apart and the livingroom/kitchen in the middle. The location suited our needs very well too with quick access to US Rte 27 and 4. We hope to stay at this home again next year.

We found the accomadations to exceed our expectations. Working with Keith was a pleasure. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and the adults had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the vacation. Will not hesitate to reserve villa again and will recommend to others as well.
