- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday rental is payable within 7 days of making yur booking. Please see our website under booking terms and conditions.
- Other Fees: Rentals of less than one week are subject to an extra cleaning charge of £45.
Pool heating, if required is available at an additional charge of £90 per week or £15 per day for less than 7 days.

WOW! What a fabulous villa with a super location! The villa was spotless and had every convenience of home and more. The gated community was wonderful to walk around. The local lake located within the gates was very peaceful and welcomed many interesting wildlife 'friends'. The local rental mngmt. company was extremely welcoming and well organized. Would highly recommend this property to any couple or their entire family. Plenty of room for all. Spoil yourself...enjoy the comforts of this villa and make your memories that will last a lifetime!
