Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

The property is set in a large plot and has a good size garden area to each side.

Our property is a four bedroom/4 bathroom villa with two master en-suite rooms and two themed twin bedded rooms for our younger guests and is furnished to a high standard and is situated in a quiet location with its own private pool and spa.

The living area is a large open planned room with cable TV, DVD (with a selection of children's DVD's), Playstation (with a selection of games), CD player, a dining area that sits 6 people comfortably, also the kitchen dining area sits four people. There is a comfortable double sofabed if you have extra guests. A telephone for local calls only.

The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, comes complete with a full size cooker, microwave, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker and water cooler, dishwasher, plus many extras, there is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a fully fitted games room which includes an adult pool table,full size air hockey table,a multi games table with interchangable games for our younger guests, large selection of books and board games.

The large pool is L-shaped with a separate spa that can seat 6 people comfortably and can be heated on request. There is also a child safety fence around the pool to ensure the welfare of our younger guests. The covered lanai is fitted with luxury patio furniture and has a large over head fan, there is also a separate large sun deck area and additional luxury patio furniture where you can sit and relax in the sun. There is also safety dining and drinkware provided for outdoor use so no one gets hurt. Outside of the pool area is screened with large Hibiscus plants.

Our luxury villa is set on the new lakeside development of Calabay Parc, Tower Lake. This gated community resort is just south of the I4 (exit 55) on Highway US 27 and is only 20 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World and all other major themed attractions, as well as a great selection of golf courses, restaurants, supermarket, shops and malls.

• Deposits: Your deposit reserves the dates you require, unfortunately we cannot hold bookings until we have received your deposit. Please note that your deposit is (NON-REFUNDABLE) should you cancel this reservation or not pay the balance 10 weeks before you are due to travel.
   
• Other Fees: We also require a $200.00 refundable security deposit prior to arrival, to cover any breakages, loss or damage, non-return of keys to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return from holiday, after we have confirmation that the villa has been satisfactorily left in the same condition as when you commenced occupancy, less any deductions to cover costs of repair or replacements. This is payable along with your final balance.

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. The pictures do not do this place justice. The place was very nice. Conveniently located, just 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks and 90 minutes to either coast. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.
