Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and onto the
extended pool deck which
surrounds the sparkling clear pool and bubbling spa that cascades to the main pool. The pool area
Is not overlooked at the rear and has privacy shrubs and trees at both sides.

As you can see the villa is brand new for 2007 and has many features you will not find in most villas. The furniture has been up graded for your comfort. You can enjoy those lazy days by the pool, or large screen TV in living room with DVD player all connected to cable with HD picture quality.
A fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, micro wave, waste disposal unit, large American Fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser. Just off the kitchen you have a laundry room with washer and dryer everything you need is right here.
Both master bedrooms have en-suite facilities and private entrances on to the pool area. All
bedrooms have cable TV and walk in wardrobes.
In the den you can entertain the kids on the Sony Play Station 2 (full library of games) while you chat to family and friends back home on the PC with high speed wireless Internet.
The two twin bedded rooms have again been
furnished to a high standard with cable TV and DVD players one room has a Disney, cartoon theme with a Cars TV/DVD for the younger ones.
As you can see from the picture the games room has full size pool and table tennis table with a kid safe dart board. There are mountain bikes available. Fans have been installed to keep room temperature comfortable and of course the villa is fully air conditioned and if that's not enough you can always take a dip in the pool
complete with spa and fibre optic lights.
