Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

Beautiful villa with a private heated (optional) pool, set in gated community on championship golf course (rated 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest) approx. 20 minutes from Disney World.

The villa is fully furnished, air conditioned with cable TV in all three bedrooms.

King en-suite master bed with it's own door to pool. 2nd Queen bed and third (twin) bedrooms share 2nd family bathroom/shower.

Villa is on an end lot with a privacy wall. You won't feel as though you're "on display" in the pool area. Only one house next door.

High-Speed wireless internet and unlimited long-distance telephone calls within the US are included at no additional charge.

Washer/Dryer. Two car garage. Close to many restaurants and stores.

Southern Dunes is a championship golf course - rated 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest - and is open to the public. It's rated the sixth best golf course in Florida! On the Southern Dunes community (security gated) there is a children's play area, community pools and gym, plus the club house for food and drinks. Local stores include Super Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie. Good restaurants and fast food outlets are near by.

My husband and I just returned from vacation after our stay in this perfect home away from home. Avoided the hustle and cramped rooms, not to mention the high prices just outside the park at Disneyworld. Magic Kingdom is only 20 minutes away, shopping just outside this quiet gated golf community. The home was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private screened pool just outside the living room sliders. Making plans to go back next year.

Dan and Lara's villa is lovely,they were very helpful and friendly before we went via email. The villa is twenty minutes from Disney easy to find and you have shops including a walmart at the end of the complex. We felt very at home here, the pool was a added bonus although we didn't get to use it much as we were always out. Great vacation-thanks.
