Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

A luxury villa close to Orlando Disneyland, offering 4 bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom with King size bed features a luxury en-suite bathroom with His '''n ' Hers basins, a corner bath and separate walk-in shower. The second Master Bedroom with queen size bed is located on the upper floor with a full en-suite bathroom & fitted wardrobes. There are two twin bedrooms each with their very own en-suite bathroom on the ground floor.

Cable TV, DVDs and radio alarm clocks are fitted in all bedrooms. A 42 Plasma TV is situated in the lounge, with home-theatre surround sound system. A wireless internet router is fitted. The screened pool, jacuzzi and sundeck (with pool furniture provided) can be accessed through the patio doors from the lounge or the master bedroom. This open-plan villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, and seperate washing and drying facilities including a steam iron & ironing board. The fully eqipped games room is located in the garage area.

Calabay at Tower Lakes is a new lakeside development on Highway 27 - situated only 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World Complex. The villa is situated close to the Interstate Highway 4 making this an ideal location to explore both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Tower Lake is located next to Southern Dunes Golf Club and 10 minutes from the famous Champions Gate Golf Course. Kennedy Space Centre, the wonderful beaches of St Petersburg/ Clearwater and the Bush Gardens park are approx one hour driving. Orlando International Airport is 40 minutes away.

The Calabay at Tower Lake development is a new premier development. The boating and fishing dock area is completed, and this will be followed by a new Clubhouse by early 2008. This Clubhouse will offer lakeside views, a gym and barbecue areas.

• Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $85 will be added for stays of less than 4 nights. The pool can be heated during your stay (recommended during off-peak summer periods) for $120/ week. Please request this at the time of booking.
