Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

Picture yourself waking up to another glorious sunny day, walking out to your own private pool, taking an early morning pre-breakfast dip letting the luxurious warm water lap away the stresses of work and everyday life. Before tackling the theme parks or shopping not to mention Golf where you are spoilt for choice.

What better way to start the day. Our spacious villa boasts four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and heated pool*. Our villa is presented with a high standard of accommodation, can comfortably meet the needs of up to eight guests (can accomodate an additional two persons using sofa bed).

The fully furnished and air-conditioned villa offers comfort and amenities second to none in the Orlando area.

Our Villa is superbly located close to the lake in Calabay Parc at Tower lakes. A South facing screened pool with an extended sun deck, guarantee a relaxing retreat from the busy theme parks, and shopping.

Amenities
Family Rooms and Dining Area
The spacious main family room is comfortably furnished with leather sofas, and fitted with a luxury ceiling fan. It has a colour TV. There are views, and direct access, to the pool area from this room.

The adjoining dining room is beautifully furnished providing formal dining for six. A further dining area for four is situated in the breakfast room.

High chair is available.

Kitchen/Breakfast Area and Utility Room
The large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen/breakfast area includes a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and many more appliances. All necessary cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided.

There is a dedicated laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer with iron and ironing board for your convenience.

First Master Bedroom
There is a king-size bed with a walk in closet. Adjoining the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom, and toilet.

Second Master Suite
The second master bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers with en-suite bathroom.

Third and Fourth bedroom are fitted with twin beds and share bathroom.

Our beautiful villa is Air conditioned throughout and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people as in addition to the four bedrooms there is a sofa bed in the Family Room.

Pool
The South facing screened extended pool area enjoys privacy. The family room leads to an extended covered patio and pool. Which is furnished with pool furniture.

The pool can be heated for relaxation.

Additional Information
We have professional managing agents who look after the high standard of the property and easy arrangments for key collection is available close to the premises.

The villa is within a gated community providing peace of mind.

Only 20 minutes from Disney, Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a new community, which offers a magnificent gated entrance, with lakefront amenities (currently being developed), clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock, water sports, and picnic area.

Calabay Parc is one of the most elegant, Most sought after, stylish and celebrated vacation communities in central Florida. It is a highly exclusive development situated in a conservation area surrounded by Orange Groves and woodland. All lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance. There is a beautiful brook running through the community and nearby is a nature/fitness trail.

Currently under construction, is the brand new multi-million dollar Posner Park downtown area, which will feature fine dining, distinctive shopping, movie theatres and much more.

There are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course adjacent to the community, and Champions Gate Golf Course, home of the David Ledbetter golf school, which is only a 15 minute drive away.

Orlando International Airport is a convenient 35 minute drive away; or Sandford Airport (1 hour) and Tampa International Airport (2 hours) are also within easy reach.

We are ideally situated on the US27 within easy reach of all major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot Centre, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.

Two miles North on Hwy 27 is a new Publix supermarket along with other convenience stores. A new Super Wal-Mart is a further 3 miles, just over the junction of the ever popular Hwy 192. Six miles South on Hwy 27 is a Super Wal-Mart, restaurants, filling stations, banks and lots of other outlets. Interstate 4 is just 4 miles South on Hwy27 taking you straight to the Parks. Disney World is an easy 10-15 minute drive and Universal, Sea World and all other attractions are just a few minutes further. Calabay Parc is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community and our home is finished to an exceptionally high standard.

The villa is fully furnished and has everything you will need for your stay, making it a home from home. The local supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away situated in the Champions Gate golf course and shopping complex which can provide for all your food and self catering requirements. My family of 6, which includes 4 boys, absolutely loved staying at the Sunshine Villa! All of the amenities of home, PLUS a swimming pool made our stay truly memorable. From our booking to our key drop off, every step was simple and easy. Thank you for giving us a wonderful place to stay at a price that didn't break the bank (and actually cost less than 2 hotel rooms would have been!) We will defiinitely recommend this house and Premier to our friends and family!
