Our luxurious villa is set in the grounds of the new and prestigious
Calabay Park at Tower Lake community. The community is set behind
the beautiful Tower Lake and is gated for your security and
peace of mind. The villa offers a large living space, with 2
master bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities and a further
bathroom shared by bedrooms 3 and 4, making the villa ideal for
sharing with extended family or friends. The villa boasts a large
pool and spa, along with extended sundeck for sunbathing. Close
to Disney, all the main attractions, shops, restaurants and award
winning golf courses, this villa is perfectly situated for your
dream holiday.

Family Room
The spacious family room which overlooks the pool area is
luxuriously carpeted and offers comfortable seating and a Large 32"
LCD TV. and DVD player
There is access to the pool area through sliding doors.

Dining Room
Adjoining the kitchen, is the dining room with a large Dining table
and chairs, should you wish to have a leisurely breakfast before a
fun packed day at the theme parks or simply to have take a break
from the many restaurants and cook it yourself! A high chair is
also provided. Here you will also find a PC with highspeed Broadband
internet for your use, set into a purpose built alcove with a
comfortable office style chair.

Kitchen
The large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could
need, it really is a home from home. Expect to find a large US
style fridge/freezer with a external ice dispenser and chilled water
dispenser, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and all the
crockery, cutlery and glass tumblers you will need.

Master Bedroom 1
This beautiful room overlooks the pool area. It has a King size
bed, cable LCD TV and with a large walk in wardrobe. the large en
suite bathroom completes this luxurious room with a seperate WC, his
and hers sinks, a large sunken bathtub and large double shower. This
room also has its own door to the pool area.

Master Bedroom 2
This beautiful room again overlooks the pool area. Like the first
master, it has a King sized bed, cable LCD TV and large wardrobe
The en suite bathroom has a shower, sink and WC. This Bedroom also
offers access to the pool area

Bedroom 3
This room has 2 single beds, cable TV and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 (Disney Room)
This twin bedded room is Disney themed with a Mickey Mouse TV and
DVD player, Disney pictures and Cuddley toys. This room also has
large fitted wardrobes. The third bathroom with a bath/shower,
basin and WC is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 for easy access
from both rooms. A Cot is also available should you need it.

Den
This room has a luxury Queen size sleeper sofa, LCD TV and a
playstation 2 with various games.


Games Room
The large double garage has been converted to a carpeted games
room. There is a 7' Pool table, Air hockey table
and various board games. There is also a Radio/CD player for your
use.

Laundry
The Laundry room has a large washing machine and tumble dryer, so
why take all your washing home with you' There is also an ironing
board and iron.

Pool and Deck Area
The pool, spa and deck area boasts a southerly aspect, therefore
enjoying the Floridian sunshine all day long. The Spa is screened by
Palm trees which gives an extra feeling of relaxing in a tropical
paradise. The whole area is screened to keep insects out and
children in, but don 't worry, this won 't affect your tan at all! A
child safety fence is provided, to screen off the pool from your
little ones when it is not in use. A patio table, Luxury chairs and
sun loungers are provided for Al fresco dining, relaxing by the pool
and sunbathing. The pool deck area has been extended and stretches
the full width of the villa, giving extra space for those sun
loungers! The pool is checked and cleaned regularly, so you can be
sure it is always clean and safe to swim in. Pool heating is
available if required.
