Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

The property was completed in 2007 and is on a gated community for extra security. Our villa is airconditioned and disabled friendly with 4 bedrooms, 2 master bedrooms with en suite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. The villa has everything that you would need to make your holiday complete with heated pool and heated spa with a child friendly gate. Ideal for those relaxing days free from the theme parks or to swim in and relaax after a busy day at the theme parks. the choice is yours. Our villa is fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, cooker, hob and extractor with all cutlery, crockery utensils, kettle, etc. All bed linen and towels are available for use. Each bedroom has its own television and there is a DVD and internet/broadband connection. The garage has been converted in to a games room for the children with various activities to keep them occupied the full time you are away.

Area Information

Tower Lake is a quiet new exclusive development with its own club house with gymnasium (currently under construction), boating ramp, fishing jetty and is particularly popular for catching bass and other types of fish swimming around Tower Lake. Tower Lake boasts the ideal retreat and recreation area after a busy day at the parks. The location of the villa is ideal for those that like to keep fit, Golfers and fishing. There are five golf courses within driving distance five to thirty minutes away and you can play around on courses designed by the great Greg Norman. The nearest course being Southern Dunes, with the well known Champions Gate just minutes away in a car.

The villa is just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport and approximately 45 from Sanford Airport. The pleasure in driving to Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is the straightforward directions. You come out of either one of the airports and straight onto the Interstate 4 (therefore, no turning off and no getting lost!). Two minutes away in a car are the local shops, Walmart (Asda), 24hour supermarket, and Walgreen (large pharmacy), restaurants and many golf courses.

Deposits: The deposit is £300.00 per week booked which is fully refundable on your return if everything is satisfactory. Again full instructions are on our site and booking form.
Payment Options: Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa
Other Fees: The pool is £90.00 per week extra if you require it to be heated. Our guests can also hire a BBQ while you are there which is $8.00 USD per day. There is a charge of £40.00 on departure for cleaning and changing all bed linen and bath towels. If any of our guests would like house keeping during their stay this can also be arranged with,our management company.

Local Shops : There are 2 large supermarkets locally Publix and a Walmart (Asda)there is a Walgreen (pharmacy) within 2 minutes drive. Great for stocking up the villa but also very convenient when returning home late at night and you fancy a Chinese or a pizza or you simply need to pick up a pint of milk.
Local Restaurants or Take Outs: There are a variety of local restaurants to eat or in take away about 4 mins drive from the villa. The exclusive Posner Park is a large Mall where some shops are open but some are still under sconstruction approximately 10 minutes away which offers a variety of fine restaurants, excellent shopping with JC Penny's and many more exclusive shops, movie theatres and so much more. However, remember you are on your holidays, many restaurants will even deliver and you will pass a drive thru McDonalds on your way home and it will still be hot when you arrive at the villa. There are also a list of local restaurants and telephone numbers in the Guest Book in our villa.

Our stay was quiet, relaxing, easy to find. The villa close to Walmart and restaurants McDonalds, KFC etc,,,even the hospital (came in handy)! The villa is beautiful and handicap accessible, making it easy to move around the house and pool area. Just the miscommunication at check out, had to leave by 10:30a.m, someone did not know I had a late check out and had to rush out! I will rent again, our stay memorable. Michigan Family

4 months of Fla. sunshine!!

My husband and I stayed here Jan. through April, 2011 -- it was wonderful. The kitchen is fully furnished, the pool and spa, wonderful ----Fla. sunshine perfect!! we do not want to return to cold weather. Being close to restaurants, malls, Disney,Sea World, the Sanford Zoo -- is a real plus. The home management company was delightful, and maintenance, pool personnel, there for every need. Owners are reliable and accommodating! Being able to go for walks, check out the alligators at the lake was great fun! We hope to return someday.

The Villa was very comfortable. Great family spot. The grandchildren loved the pool, game room, and the villa itself. Felt very safe in the community. Clearly we were living in luxury at an affordable family price. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, attractive, and well thought out home for visiting the Orlando area. The few minor questions we had were promptly addressed by the property management folks and the process for renting the villa could not have been easier. Wonderful value overall and hope to come back at some point. In fact, the grandchildren will probably insist on it. Sue Geno
