Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental
Ty Seren is a large two storey contemporary home totalling 2800 sq ft of fully air conditioned living space,luxuriously appointed throughout-entrance hall leads to the 25ft high vaulted ceiling of the Great Room which boasts a 50" wall mountrd HD Plasma TV with numerous cable channels,a Blue Ray HD DVD player,Bose sound dock and leather sofas overlooking the pool area.
Two master en-suite bedrooms with 26"wall mounted LCD TV's,dressing table,nightstands and lamps, clock radio and ample closet space, bathrooms featuring large baths and walk in showers. Hair drier and straighteners. The ground floor master has patio doors to the pool deck. The double bedroom has a wall mounted LCD TV, chest of drawers and mirror,nightstands with lamps and closet,twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom - shower over bath and twin sinks,and bunkbed room(two sets of bunks),further family bathroom with shower over bath,twin sinks and hair drier. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with premium brand bedding and accessories.
Breakfast nook with bay window includes glass dining table to seat 8, fully fitted kitchen with oven,dishwasher,fridge freezer,coffee machine and breakfast bar.
Separate utility room with washer and drier.
Second lounge to 1st floor loft area has 26"LCD TV with DVD player,Nintendo Wii and leather sofas.
Large games room complete with electronic basketball game,Air Hockey and a 7'Pool table.Bar table and stools.
Large 30 x 15 pool and 6 person spa on an extended south facing deck,6 cushioned loungers,table and 6 cushioned chairs,2 high tables and 4 chairs,2 sun umbrellas,large stainless steel family barbecue.
Area Description
Our home is located in an exclusive gated community on the US 27 just a twenty drive from the Disney Parks with Seaworld and Universal Resort a few minutes further.The recently re-opened Cypress Gardens is also just twenty minutes away.
Less than five minutes away is a huge 24hr Walmart and the Southern Dunes Golf Club.There are numerous fast food oulets as well as some very popular restaurants - our favourite of these is Manny's Chophouse.
Other Vacation Rental Amenities
Ty Seren is located on the gated development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.
Less than a three minute walk from the home is Tower Lake , which features a fishing pier and a boat ramp.Soon to be completed is the Club House.
A huge 24hr Walmart is close by for all those essentials - and the Southern Dunes Golf Club is also on our doorstep.
There are numerous fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC,Quiznos,Burger King and Dominos Pizza.There is also a chinese takeaway that will deliver right to the front door !
A number of restaurants are close by such as Sonnys BBQ Pit and Mannys Chophouse - these places are very popular so its best to call ahead.
Also just five miles from our home is the brand new Posner Park development. Once completed this will be the largest shopping mall in Florida featuring shops, restarants and a multi-plex cinema.Phase One has recently been completed with a huge Target Store,Belks and a Books-a-Million.There is also a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut.
Due to open in August 2008 is a JC Penney department store.

Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more. Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house! Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and noting is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return. Brent , Irene , Kira and Anderson.

The Pepper's My family and I have just returned from a two week holiday staying at Ty Seren. What can I say, the house is absolutely fantastic. The perfect holiday home, in extremely luxurious surroundings , very clean and very comfortable. Located in Haines City we found it an easy drive to all the Disney and Universal parks , during our 2 week stay we drove to both the east and west coasts of Florida which was only 1hr's drive either side and well worth the drive. For most of us this was our first trip to Florida, having such a wonderful place to stay added to the whole experience. We will definately go back again. Tash, James, Sophie, Phil and Jenny .

What can I say ? Your home is fantastic !! I loved everything about it - from the huge living area to the MASSIVE comfortable beds to the luxurious pool area. The house is spectacular in every way - my family and I didn't want to leave it to visit any of the parks! We really enjoyed chilling around the pool and soaking up that fabulous Florida sunshine.We also really appreciated the many extra touches that the house provided. Also thanks for all the extra info you gave us on which restaurants to visit - Mannys is a must !! This has to be 'THE BEST' house around - we promise to return as soon as we can. We have just had a fantastic holiday at Ty Seren and I don't normally write reviews but I thought this villa was so exceptional that it deserved feedback to help allay any fears a sceptic reviewer might have. The villa is exceptional quality throughout and the height of good taste having every facility you could think of making it feel like a home away rather than a rented accommodation. I think this differentiates it from your standard villa making it worth every penny. The pictures give an expectation of quality and the reality did not disappoint. The facilities are too numerous to review individually but everything you needed was provided. When I asked my son after 6 days how the TV was in his bedroom and he replied 'he hadn't had time to look at it', I knew something was right! I think one of the keys when booking these types of accommodations is good customer service to allay any fears you have and special thanks should go to Helen who was exceptional. She is both proactive and helpful in every aspect giving you a reassurance and information so that everything will be fine for your stay. I'm sure the other owners contribute in the background as well as the villa is very well maintained. The next time I come back to the area this will be the first place checked for availability. Well we've had a fantastic two week holiday.The villa is gorgeous although there were a couple of fights over who was having which bedroom !! We stayed for a fortnight this July and were sad to leave. We totally agree with the other reviews - the property is stunning with every luxury accessory thought of by the owners. The interior decor and furnishings are 5 star.The photos, although magnificent, don't really do the place justice. The pool is beautiful, outdoor furniture really high quality and comfort and the barbeque is fantastic. We were quite happy to spend whole days at the pool and then watching DVDs on the HUGE screen at night! (And have family pool, basketball and air hockey tournaments in the games room!) Customer service from the owners was outstanding - American standards here in the UK! Any queries were promptly answered, and hints and recommendations offered in abundance. Without doubt the best villa we've seen, let alone stayed in. Recommended without reservation. We will return, but will have to book early as next year appears to be already getting busy. Shops and good restaurants are all only a few minutes away, and recommended home delivery food menus are in the kitchen drawer!"

A fantastic property, from its modern, spacious interior to its provision of alternative entertainment with a converted playroom come arcade in the garage. A wonderful pool area and jacuzzi.
