Absolutely Fabulous, EXECUTIVE 4 BR villa with SOUTH FACING large private pool. Free high-speed internet. Plasma TV, with cable programming. Numerous Upgrades. All Brand new furniture installed in May 2008. Newly pained.
The villa is an ideal base from where to explore everything Florida has to offer, from busy days at the theme parks, shopping at the numerous malls, or just relaxing by the large South facing private pool. For golfers there is an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse.
This home is fully air conditioned throughout and consists of the following:
FORMAL LOUNGE and DINING ROOM
Stylishly furnished lounge with 52 cable TV, comfortable sofas, fabulous new dining room furniture.

Located in the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course community. This community is gated and 24 hours guarded. On-site restaurant and club house is available. This property is in walking distance to Wal-Mart and other amenities. It is of 7 Miles to I-4. From I-4 you will see World Drive in about 5.5 miles. That is the border of Disney property and will lead you to different themeparks in Disney from there.
