Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

If you are planning a holiday to Florida and want to stay in luxury villa accommodation then look no further. We are Richard and Sian Kelly and welcome you to Laugharne Villa, our luxury villa which is situated within the secure gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The golf course is a 4.5* links course and boasts a club house, pro shop and practice area which is open to everyone and also has a reasonably priced bar and restaurant with a varied daytime menu. In addition, there is a childrens play area, tennis courts and a fishing lake, Lake Joe. There are also communal swimming pools (for those who are energetic). in addition to our private heated pool.

Within walking distance of the villa there is a WAL-MART 24hr superstore, a WIN DIXIE, a Dollar Tree, Blockbusters and MacDonald's as well as other fast food outlets.Currently being constructed is a large Publix supermarket which offers better quality produce within a 10 minute drive. A short distance away we highly recommend Mannies chop house for a good meal at very reasonable prices and more food than you can eat. As well as all the attractions Florida has to offer, our villa is only 20 minutes from Disney and is in a perfect location for Busch Gardens and all other attractions.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The living area comprises a large open plan lounge, with cable TV, DVD player and a playstation, a dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a portable radio and cd player. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a King size master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large walk-in wardrobe and free use of travel cot (crib), one queen size master bedroom (which opens up onto the pool) and a family bathroom and two twin bedded room with shared bathroom. All bedrooms have televisions and cable and linen and towels are provided.

The heated private pool is fully screened (heating is charged at a set rate) and there are sun lounges and pool furniture. BBQ's can be provided by our management company.

Within walking distance from the villa are 24 hour supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, and a bank. A major shopping mall is only a short drive away. The exclusive Southern Dunes development is a championship golf course and is rated fifty-first in the top 100 courses in the United States and is considered one of the finest in Central Florida.There are 3 communal pools and a gym for those that want to do more than laze by the pool.
The villa is located conveniently for US Highway 27, with Orlando airport 35 minutes and all Disney and major attractions 15-20 minutes away. All you could require is within easy access, but far enough away from the noise and congestion.

mannies chop house, T-bones and the sports bar are less than 5 mins away from the villa. The Golf course and country club serve meals and all are very reasonably priced.

8 miles from the villa towards the US highway 27 is the PUB which serves good food and is family friendly graet for wathching all the important football and rugby games. There is a new visitors centre open which is useful for ideas if you want a break from the parks.
