Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

Our beautiful villa is located on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, which is on US27, 6 miles south of I4. Ideally placed to access all that Central Florida has to offer.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is fully air conditioned throughout. Two of the bedrooms are Masters and both have en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have Cable TV, walk in clothes closets or wardrobes and all bed linen and towels are provided. The villa can comfortably sleep upto 8 people.

The south facing private screened pool and spa is not overlooked and there is a large covered lanai area that offers welcome shade from the all day sun. There is also luxury pool furniture including 4 sunloungers for your comfort and pool heating is available for the Winter Months.

The main living area also has Cable TV with a digital recorder. We have installed high speed wireless internet access and a telephone with FREE calls throughout Florida.

We have a games room with pool table , foosball table, electronic basketball hoop and a PC with Wifi. For the kids (or adults) there is a Playstation 2 with a selection of games, and a DVD player with films supplied. For the younger children we have provided a stroller, 2 high chairs and bed rails at no extra cost.

For your security and safety the villa is fitted with an alarm, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. There is also a removable safety fence around the pool.

The community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated lake side community that offers fantastic facilities including boating and fishing.
At the lake side is a boat ramp and a fishing jetty, a popular location for catching Bass.

Inside the clubhouse(due for completion late 2009) that overlooks Tower Lake there is a fitness centre, a games room and conference centre.

Just a few minutes from Tower Lake is a 24 hour Wal-Mart and a wide choice of restaurants including Manny's Chop House(be sure to phone ahead). Posner Park shopping mall is just 10 minutes away with stores such as Target, Best Buy, JC Penny & Staples. For Golf Lovers, Southern Dunes Public Golf Club is right next door.

With easy access to the I4 you can get to either coast in 60 minutes, the airport in 30 minutes and Disney Theme Parks in 20 minutes.

The villa far exceeded our expectations...the pictures on the website do not do the place justice...it was perfect for our family and we enjoyed our stay even more because of the villa.
