At Lake View Florida Villa on Southern Dunes you will enjoy a fantastic private location. At the villa take pleasure in the stunning view over Lake Joe. The sun is on the garden all day and gets to the pool area about 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset.

When staying at Lake View Villa, you will be on the beautiful site of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. With its tree lined roads and the award winning golf course meandering through it, Southern Dunes has that lovely 'country' feel to it, ideal if you want an early morning stroll or jog.

To keep you entertained when not at the parks or shopping, you have the use of your own swimming pool, pool table, electronic dart board and ps2. In addition, the onsite facilities offer tennis courts, golf, putting green, driving range, gym and for the tots, a children's play area. If you feel like a 'serious' swim there are three large communal pools on site also.

The extended private garden will provide all the outdoor space that you or your family need to relax and have fun.

Lake View Villa is ideally situation, with golf on your doorste and within easy driving distance of Disney, Universal and Sea World.

Walmart and other supermarkets are situated just outside the gate of Southern Dunes so you can buy provisions no matter what time you arrive for your holiday. Restaurants and fast food are also just outside the community and within walking distance.

Close to Winterhaven know as the chain of lake city for all your watersport requirements.
