Our Orlando Luxury Villa is fully air conditioned with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private south facing heated pool with coloured lighting and spa and has everything required for the perfect vacation.

The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished. All master bedrooms are ensuite, the 2 downstairs having King size beds and the third upstairs has a Queen bed. There are also two twin bedded rooms upstairs with shared bathroom.

The downstairs den is also ideal as a 6th bedroom, and the villa can sleep in total 12 people.

All rooms have cable TV, the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes and all bed linen and towels are provided. In addition we also provide a highchair, crib and safety gate.

The spacious family lounge has cable TV and DVD player and patio doors leading out to the pool and patio. The formal dining room has a large table and chairs.

The fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, includes a full size cooker, microwave, side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker and watercooler, dishwasher, larder and seperate dining area.

There is also a games room with pool table and table foosball, a computer and wireless internet are also provided.

The extended lanai covered patio/pool deck is large enough for you all to enjoy the sun or shade after a dip in the private south facing pool. Pool side furniture including sun loungers, table and chairs are also provided to relax after those long days in the theme parks. A pool fence is provided for additional safety and heating for either the pool or spa is available at an additional charge.

Area Information

The prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is located on Highway 27, just a 10 minute drive from the I-4 giving access to Disney World, Universal, Seaworld etc.

Only a 10 minute drive from the NEW LEGOLAND THEME AND WATER PARK.

Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes drive will take you to Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Champions Gate.

There are shops, supermarkets (including Walmart, Publix etc.), restaurants, fast food takeaways, banks, gas stations etc., just a few minutes drive away.

Wonderful Family Winter Escape From the Ohio Cold

This house was VERY comfortable for our whole family. My parents, who are in their 80's, thoroughly enjoyed the south facing pool deck to sit on and read while receiving their daily dose of vitamin D from the sun. My grandchildren loved the pool because it was nice and warm (me too)! The spa was very relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped, which was important to us because we cooked in for all of our meals. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. There were no complaints from anyone in the family and there were 10 of us. We absolutely hated leaving. Two times we had to call the rental company about small things that happened and they were immediate with their responses and solved the issues. If you are looking for a GREAT vacation get-a-way - this is the place to rent for a Big group! Just don't try to rent it in January because we definitely want to go back there next year. Thanks, Mike, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We really enjoyed spending Christmas in the Orlando area this year. This home was perfect for our family: plenty of space, lots of rooms, great layout, easy access to Disney. This place will be our #1 choice for future Orlando trips.
