Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental

Air conditioned villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private swimming pool overlooking a lake, no rear neighbor, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi internet access in the house and 3 TVs; all of this in a 24-hour man-guarded community (Southern Dunes), home of one of the nicest golf courses in Florida. Privacy, calm and fine deco are the three master-words of the villa.

There is a wi-fi internet connection everywhere in the house and 3 TV. Free phone calls everywhere in the USA and Canada. On the ground floor, large lounge room, fully tiled, with a three-seater sofa, a love seat, with nice deco and nice furniture, CD and DVD player. Fully equipped with all appliances, dinign corner and Bar corner with bar stools.

Laundry room with washer and dryer and one-car garage.

One bedroom with queen size bed and one bathroom are also located on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms - one master suite with king size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds - are located upstairs with two additional bathrooms.

The private (heated) swimming pool has a solarium and a patio set (a table with 4 chairs, 2 bed-chairs) a security rail for kids and a covered lanai. The pool is very private and overlooks a lake

The villa is located in Southern Dunes, 24-hour man-guarded community, on route 27 in Haines City (South of Orlando).

International airport: 30 minutes.

Attractions

- Disney World : 20-minutes drive from the villa.
- Universal Studios : 30 minutes North.
- Sea World and Busch Gardens : some 30 minutes East.
- Other additional attractions in the area include Cirque du soleil, Gatorland, zoos, aquatic parks, …
- Tampa and Cleawater beaches within an hour drive
- A little further: Cape Canaveral (East) and The Everglades (South)

Perfect Spot

Cute well kept property. The owner was a treat to deal with and provided a professional and helpful attitude to get us into his property on very short notice. I would not hesitate to suggest or recommend this property to anyone of my friends or family. Haines City is a perfect location for your Florida get away. Close, but not too close, to all things Disney.

Great villa, we will return!

The villa was well presented and it is obvious that it is a person's home as opposed to "just a rental property". The view overlooking the lake was great and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable (good for back pain sufferers!) The owner, Bertrand, was very helpful and thoughtful. He responded promptly and politely to any queries that we had prior to arriving. This is the one house on Southern Dunes that we have stayed in over the years that we will definately rent again. I would also highly recommend this villa to friends and family.

Little paradise!

My friends and I spend two weeks in this wonderful villa in Haines City during August 2011. And it was love at first sight! The community is really welcoming, lot of trees and flowers, with all the amenities and security you need. 24/7 guard, golf, tennis, community swimming pools... About the house, we loved the cosy living room with TV, the open kitchen and the great swimming pool with an amazing lakeview. Each of us got a big and sunny bedroom, with comfortable beds. At night, you can hear the sound of all the frogs singing around the house and look at the stars! You have a lot of stores, outlets and restaurants to spend your time near the community, and all the amazing parks; Disney’s, Seaworld etc… We were really busy during the day and pretty happy to come back at the house at night, to be quiet. We even spent some entire days at home, enjoying the pool and the sun. We felt really relax and totally in a little paradise and we are thinking about booking 2 more weeks next summer!

Wonderful villa!!

The Villa is really beautiful, situated in a quiet and green domain, 30 minutes drive from the center of Orlando. The proximity to the mall (5 minutes walk) and several restaurants and shops is very convenient. The house is very well equipped (kitchen, bed linen, bath towels,…), the bedding is comfortable and the sanitary impeccable. Perfect Wi-Fi internet connection. Very practical laundry room (washer and dryer). The private pool is not big but sufficient. To swim sportily, the common swimming pool of the domain is close to the home and pleasant. Our two week stay was wonderful, we will return as soon as possible.
