Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental
Fully air conditioning villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Two master size suites along with a king sized beds; High Definition TV’s along with DVD’s and full sized private baths. Two highly furnished bedrooms along with twins/single bed and HDTV’s. Queen sized convertible sofa is available in villa.
Highchair and Portable Pack-n-play crib also available for toddler is required. Al towels and linens are provided.
Enjoy in games area along with a pool table, table tennis and foosball. Barbeque grill is also available for more convenience. XBOX -360 along with Kinect is available for great fun and entertainment with plenty of board games. Access to free phone services provided for Canada and USA.
Living area offers HDTV along with a Blu Ray DVD Player. Large DVD collection is added to Library . Cable is attached to all HDTV’s . Access to Wi-Fi is available al throughout the luxurious house along with printer for some printing work .
Expensive granite counters compliments a highly furnished and well maintained kitchen which includes stainless steel freezer /refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer and other necessary appliances such as plates, bowls, cutlery etc. Laundry area is well completed along with washer/dryer. Ironing board with Iron is provided.
Extended pool patio area offers up-graded furnishings along with table and chairs and the lounge recliners. Enjoy at covered deck within pool lanai along with private ceiling fan & lights

Beautifully decorated, well appointed, great location to shops....it had everything and then some. Games, books and maps, as well as an abundant supply of towels, blankets and bed linens. Tv and DVD in every bedroom, HDTV and Blu Ray.....granite countertops....we actually "ate in" more because of the nicely stocked kitchen, so many rentals have a few pots and pans making eating out a necessity. Very quiet neighborhood, I would definitely go for a return stay.

Our family was very happy with our recent stay in this home in Haines City, Florida. The ride back and forth to Disney World was a 20 minute drive and seemed to get shorter each day. The beds are comfortable and the house is very well equipped. The air conditioning worked beautifully. Our children swam in the pool every day and we enjoyed using the barbecue for a few meals. I highly recommend this home to others.

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The gate around the pool was helpful so we could all be pool side together without worrying about the children. The house was super clean and exceeded my expectations. I would defintately reccommend this to any friends or family.

We loved our trip and this house. We were thoroughly impressed with how clean and comfortable this house was for our family. I felt like I was at home. The beds were comfy and no one complained about anything. Had everything we needed. Only issue was the day of arrival the fridge wasn't very cold (my guess is it may have been off) but we turned it down to cooler and that did the trick. Pool was great just didn't get to use it much. House is in a great location. I would definitely rent this house again and reccommend it to others. Perfect for us and very clean! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we had a great trip to Disney.

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Felt very at home and was able to find things. It was extremely clean and very cozy. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and town. With 4 kids, we had plenty of room in the house. The kids loved the tv"s in their rooms and gaming station, not to mention the awesome game room in the garage. With all that and the pool, who needs Disney? But if you do, the parks are very close by which makes it a very convenient place to stay. It was a very comfy place to relax after a long day out. The owners answered all our questions and promptly. They were extremely resonable in their price and seemed to truly enjoy sharing their home with us. Can't ask for more than that. I'd definately recommmend them and plan on returning.

From angels7: Submitted 04/28/12 Excellent is how I would rate this property. At "home" feeling as soon as you open the door.Very clean !! Enjoyed having our own private pool. Neighborhood very quiet and safe. Everyone very polite. Owner was very prompt with any of our questions. Manny's was our favorite restaurant, but consider an early dinner. Our vacation was for relaxing and getaway, but there is plenty to do within 20 minutes with Disney etc.. Highly recommend !
