Luxury 7 Star Villa At Calabay Parc At Tower Lake

At first while booking this house since this was my first 'Home-Away' booking I was a little uneasy because the owner lives in the UK, and I was worried about if problems arise who would help us.

Since the first message I sent the owner he was great and emailed me back promptly.

We were two families with kids ranging from 18 and the youngest being 6, and all of them enjoyed it very much.

There are so many great things to highlight about the house, but I will just list a few. The pool is wonderful especially at night with lights, and even better with pool heating. What is not really evident from the pictures is that this is a 3 story home so if you have two families everybody has some privacy.

Another thing that was great is that every bedroom has a television. Also, the balcony on the second floor overlooking the pool is a great place to eat breakfast, and also has a great view of the lake behind the home.

The owner of the home owns the two lots next door, which makes the home especially private.

This home is in a great gated neighbourhood with many things close by, and I would highly recommend it.

Live like royalty! Great vacation home property!

My wife and I and a few colleagues were schedule to attend a week-long pharmacy conference at Disney World Swan. Convention rates were expensive, so we decided to look for alternatives within driving distance. Imagine my surprise that for much less money, we would be able to stay in this mansion of a property!

I had some reservations about booking this property originally because the owner is in London (this is his vacation home in the US). I ended up making payment via credit card, so I could chargeback in the case of fraud. Now that our stay is over, let me assure anyone reading this that Mo, the owner, is 100% trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to make future reservations via check and avoid the extra credit card fees. Additionally, Mo is very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.

The property is immaculate, with every small detail clean and well-maintained. There seems to be a number of "Calabay Parc" properties available, but it was clear to us the first time we arrived that this property is the cream of the crop - it's the only one with extra space on the sides so you don't have to worry about neighbour noise and it's also one of only a few that has the spa/pool adjacent to the lake so you have a beautiful view while lounging in the pool.

Speaking of the pool, it's amazing! There are lighting and water effects that you can select to switch on that make you feel that you have your own mini water park. Whether it was after the end of a long day of workshops, or after an eventful day at the various theme parks, it was great to look forward to taking a dip in the warm spa at the end of the day.

All the photos are accurate, and really speak for themselves; from the game room to the multiple master bedrooms, this is living in luxury. There is a Super Walmart nearby (less than a mile away), so we saved quite a bit of money by cooking our own breakfast daily. While there are many fast food choices nearby, there's really a lack of many sit-down dining options nearby except Cracker Barrel. Still, since we were either at our conference or at a theme park for the majority of days, this was not a problem -- we just made sure we stopped for dinner before heading home.

It was a lovely stay and we didn't want to leave. I almost don't want to write this review because it might make this property too popular and we may find it booked the next time we want to come back!

Fantastic Location.

It was a pleasure staying at your villa

The location is fantastic and we spent a lot of time by the pool.

Where do I begin?

The Games Room is the "pad" everyone wants at home! It immediately sparks celebration and fun. Apart from all the games there is additional drinks fridges which meant 3 things.

1: Speedy access to drinks when basking in the Florida sun by the pool.
2: You were not wearing out the stairs to the kitchen.
3: The main fridge in the kitchen was not bulging at its hinges with strategically balanced items.

The "infinity pool", upgraded to such by the lake location was a measure of freedom with only the wildlife to share it.

The manicured lawns encompassing the villa create your own little Robinson Crusoe plot with peace, calm and tranquillity.

The fishing pier a few metres across the lake means the kids/partner are a whistle and a wave away so you can multi task by observing their catch whilst sunbathing and reading.

The villa promotes itself by its vast size and outstanding location. Everything is so big and spacious, the garden, the pool, rooms, beds, TVs, closets, showers, seats... it is endless. I felt like Alice and this was my temporary Wonderland.

Fort de Soto, Myakka River State Park, Cocoa and Daytona Beach are an alternative to hustle bustle Disney, easily accessible from Calabay Parc.

Daytona 500.

We stayed at this Villa in February for our annual trip to the Daytona 500.

The drive was not bad at all when you are talking and having a good time. But I am sure you are reading to hear about the house.

Let me tell you this, the pictures do not do this place justice. Yes pictures are nice to look at but let me tell you by first hand the place is way above what we expected.

Beautiful inside and the upper deck over looking the lake and pool was a big hang out for us. TV's where like every where you looked inside and out. The master Bedrooms where awesome and the super kings where awesome. I do not think I hit the middle of the bed the whole weekend.

The reservations person Melissa O'Grady was more than you could imagine to deal with. Always nice and very fast to respond to any questions.

The property Manager Robin was just a call away even though we never had to because the place was in top notch condition. But she did check on us to make sure everything was good.

I am telling you this if you are planning a trip to the Orlando area and you want a place to kick back and relax and never worry about bumping into the family like a hotel room or smaller house than this is the place for you.

Pool was a great thing to relax in and spa was just a button away to get it ready to relax after a long day.

I promise you and again promise you there is no way you can go wrong with this house and I hope to be in this house again and again.
