Description of the Haines City vacation villa rental
Our beautiful Villa has Two Master Suites along with a private hallway with two other bedrooms and a 3rd bath - great for two families to share and still have privacy while sleeping eight.
A private screened-in lanai and pool (pool heating available) forms a sanctuary to retreat to after hectic days in the local Theme parks or on any of the great golf courses in the area to include the top rated Southern Dunes Golf course the villa is located in. A playroom with a pool table, ping pong, darts and music will keep the teens and teens at heart busy with a place to hang out.
The hardwood floors in the common areas feel soft to your bare feet after walking all day in the parks. You can prepare your own meals in the welcoming kitchen with Corian counter tops and all items needed to cook and serve meals.
Our property manager who lives on site in the Southern Dunes community will help your stay go smoothly and assist in any needs or emergencies during your stay. There are other properties in the community to rent from our property manager for events such as family reunions or get together's.
Included are cable TV on a widescreen HD TV, internet Wi-Fi, local phone and there is a washer and dryer as well.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS allowed Villa.

Area Information
Beautiful Villa in the Southern Dunes Golf Community. This is a gated community with 24 hour security with houses located all throughout the rolling hills of the golf course. Relax in the privacy of the Villa pool after a busy day at the theme parks that abound in this area (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Leggo Land and others). Play a round of golf on one of the top rated courses in Florida or just have a drink and meal at the club house restaurant or stroll or jog through the community admiring the well kept villas and beautiful sub-tropical landscaping.
There is a community pool, tennis courts, lake and fitness center for your use. Outside the gate there are plenty of stores to stock up on food and supplies - and various places to eat.
From this location it is only an hour to the gulf coast, Clearwater, and Busch Gardens.

A:After the crowds and hectic pace at the parks, easily retire back to Southern Dunes and relaz in the quiet - take a dip in the pool. You can easily go back to the parks at night for a 2nd round - all the parks only charge once for parking so there is no cost to go back at night when it is cooler and there are special events such as fireworks.

A:Orlando Grand Prix go-kart racing with electric Italian pro-karts that reach speeds up to 50mph and a Monster Energy drift track.
Q:Where can I buy food, beverages and sundries in order to save money?
A:Right outside of Southern Dunes on Rt 27 is a Super WalMart along with a another grocery store and several other retail establishments. Stock up on the 1st night there to save a ton during your stay. There are also many other stores along the Rt 27 corridor up to Interstate 4 in the direction to Disney and Orlando.
