RATES: RATES: Regular Base Rate $225/nt for 4 people, each additional person is $25 . Summer Base Rate (6/1-8/30) $250. Thanksgiving Base Rate $250. Christmas Base Rate -$375.

Cleaning Fee - $150 up to 3 guests. $200 for over 3 people.
Reservation Fee - $100.
