Vacation Rental Description

This large spacious home located just before Waimea Bay, is in front of a famous North Shore surf spot know as Alligator's. Guests often comment that what makes this house unique is the ability to enjoy a fantastic surfing experience from such an elegant home.

RATES: Regular Base Rate $550/nt. up to 8. Each additional guests $25/nt. up to 10. (May have up to 12 if using the studio.) Summer Rate $650/nt up to 8. Thanksgiving rate $550 up to 8. Holiday rate $950 up to 8.

Cleaning Fee - $300 for the main house. Another $150 will be charged if the studio is used.
Reservation Fee - $100.
