Beautiful, luxurious condo with ocean view balcony overlooking pool area. Includes glass wall gym with view of ocean and pool area, game rooms, business center, 24 hour security, FREE valet parking, pool side market open 7am to 10 pm, jaquzzi, mini market in lobby area and much more. Unit located on 7th floor. 1 Bedroom (queen bed)also with ocean view!!! TV in bedroom alarm/radio. Sofabed accomodates two, 1 bath, spacious Kitchen with all major appliances, microwave, washer, dryer. Dinning room, Living room, entertainment center 32" flat screen TV, DVDplayer, AM/FM/CD stereo, beautiful tile floor throughtout.
Half of rental fee to reserve unit. Remaining balance and $500 CASH REFUNDABLE Security deposit and cleaning fee due on arrival.

Take a short drive to Aventura mall featuring upscale shops like Bloomingdale, Coach, Bal Harbour, visit Sawgrass Mills for spectacular outlet stores and Las-Olas street... etc. Enjoy the nightlife and fine dining of Lincoln Road and South Beach, both of which are fifteen minutes away. Great location right on the ocean, clean ,well furnished condo,safe, handy to at lot of activities, within walking distance to groceries, shopping restaurants. Very secure grounds, big clean pool with lounges, hot tub. Great place to vacation
